CenturyOld Kitchen

I wanted to keep the traditional feeling in the hundred year old building in Westchester, New York.  Wide plank oak floors were used throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms where Cerrara mobile was used.

The kitchen’s large center island cabinet is painted in a medium gray antiqued with a black glaze and topped with a 2” Carrera marble slab. With it being over 11 feet long the chef has plenty of room to prepare meals.

The bar and base cabinet countertops are a gray manufactured stone, giving contrast to the warm white cabinets, letting the owners not to worry of any staining or having to use trivets.  The classic subway tile backsplash and the antique glass front cabinets all add to the old world feel.
